The service is exemplary, with friendly staff who are kind and helpful even in your absence. The ideal location near the gas lamp and within walking distance of great food and entertainment makes this property a successful choice for sightseeing, business, and night life. The dining experience is wonderful with better-than-average buffet quality, although an upscale full buffet may require an additional cost. The facilities provide fresh ingredients and a delightful atmosphere.

My stay at the hotel offered decently sized rooms, though not very clean and with a noticeable smell of cleaning chemicals. The location was perfect, walking distance to Gaslamp Quarter, but the service was terrible, with unaccommodating and rude staff. The sewage smell at breakfast was the worst part.

They went above and beyond to rectify an overbooking issue and even offered us a box fan. The location is ideal for nightlife and conventions, being close to various attractions and restaurants. Overall, the hotel offers value for money considering its amenities and service.
